REFUND POLICY

We will only offer refunds for items that are faulty as Lila Headbands are hand made and made to order.

The Uk law states a return for exchange is acceptable however due to the nature of our products at Lila Boutique there are strictly no returns due to hygiene reasons.

We want our customers to be happy so if you have a fault with your item you can contact us through our contact page to try and resolve the issue.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, after this time frame we cannot help you with a return or exchange.

Please state the item name, price and fault. We will then give you our Returns Address and 7 days to return the item.
